Can I use SprinkleTools without an account?
Yes, for the core PDF and image tools (merge, split, rotate, invoices, QR codes and more), with a small guest limit. AI and conversion tools, and all purchases, need a free account.
What happens to my files?
Files are deleted immediately after processing and are never retained beyond 24 hours. We never read or share your documents.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You can buy a one-time credit pack instead. Pack credits never expire and work on every tool.
What do free monthly credits cover?
The free plan includes 40 credits each month for the core PDF and image tools. AI and conversion tools use a paid processing service, so they need credits from a pack or a paid plan.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Buy a credit pack anytime or upgrade your plan. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Pack credits never expire.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing portal. No cancellation fees.
