Files you upload:

Files you upload are used for the sole purpose of providing the requested service. They are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and are reachable during processing only through signed links that expire within minutes. No human at SprinkleTools reads your files, and we never use their contents to train models or for any purpose other than the operation you asked for. We do not create additional copies: no page splits, renders or intermediate files are kept.

Some tools send your document to a specialist processing provider (for example, to read text or analyse a document with AI). Those providers act on our instructions under contract and may retain the document briefly for abuse monitoring before deleting it.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send transactional emails (account creation, password reset, receipts)
