These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SprinkleTools ("Service"), operated by SprinkleTools ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

SprinkleTools provides a suite of online document processing tools including PDF compression, merging, splitting, conversion, AI-powered document analysis, audio transcription, and related utilities.

Some features are available without an account (guest access). Full functionality requires a registered account. Premium features require a paid subscription.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

You agree to use SprinkleTools only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload files you do not have the right to process or distribute
• Use the Service to process, distribute, or store illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse the Service or circumvent rate limits
• Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its performance
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our express written permission

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload. We claim no ownership or intellectual property rights over your content.

License to process: By uploading files, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process those files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. This license terminates when your session ends and files are deleted.

Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the files you upload and for ensuring you have the right to process them. We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from your use of our tools on files you upload.

Free tier: We offer a free tier with limited credits and features. Free credits do not roll over and reset monthly.

Paid subscriptions: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Credit packs: Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire for active accounts.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily limit access
• Impose usage limits to ensure fair access for all users

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes or discontinuation of paid features.

SprinkleTools and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SprinkleTools and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Service without our written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Always maintain backups of your original files.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPRINKLETOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SprinkleTools and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent banner on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
